Celebrate Spring and move into bliss with Soulei Goe on an easy Sunday morning. All levels are welcome, class is designed to open the heart and release tension in the body. Kara Richard and Soulei will be offering Reiki during Savasana and end with a Sound Bath. Please bring your own yoga mat.
